Return & Exchange Policy
Send Returns to: Peace River Shops, 334 W Olympia Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 (with Return and Exchange Form in the Package)
Returns
Peace River Shops accepts returns within 30 days of the original invoice date for eligible items. To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- In original packaging with all tags attached
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or misuse may be denied.
To initiate a return, items must be shipped back to Peace River Shops with the return and exchange form completed and included. We will not reimburse original shipping costs or return shipping costs. Once the item is received and processed at our facility, we will issue approved refunds via the original purchase method, less any shipping fees. Please note: it is possible for reimbursements to take up to 2 weeks from the date it is processed to land back in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized items
Exchanges
Peace River Shops will cover shipping costs one time for exchanges.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original invoice date. Once we have received the returned item, we will ship out a new item one time at our expense (any further exchanges will be charged the $7 Shipping Fee). If there is a difference in price, we will collect any amount owed prior to shipping out the new item. If the new item you have selected is less than the original item, we will issue a credit to your account for future use on our website.
