Shipping Policy

Shipping fee is $7.00 in the continental United States. This fee will automatically be added to your order. Carrier is at our discretion.

At this time we are not shipping internationally, to Hawaii, Alaska, or US islands – this will be coming soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time excludes weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, holidays, and sales, processing may extend by several days.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit by the carrier or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will assist with a carrier claim when possible. Peace River Shops is not responsible for packages that go missing after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address (that was provided by the purchaser) cannot be refunded and may not be retrievable.
